We Are Thankful For Our

Families!

In the Montessori learning environment, we incorporate lessons and practical experiences that instill a strong sense of respect and gratitude for the abundance of gifts that are presented to us on a daily basis. Students learn to give thanks by celebrating and honoring parents and other community members who offer their time, resources, and talents to the school.

Over the Thanksgiving Holiday, provide opportunities for your children to express their thanks for the many gifts that have been received by a) serving meals, b) making handmade gifts, and/or c) completing special household tasks.

We wish our wonderful students and their loving families a very Happy Thanksgiving Holiday. We are so very thankful for the support in classrooms, on field trips, and with PTO-sponsored activities.

November’s Grace & Courtesy Focal Points:

· Take care of the work space or tables by cleaning stray pencil or crayon marks.

· Report or remove paper/trash and debris in the hallways.

· Give good eye contact when speaking to others.

Magnificent Maria Montessori…

We must help the child act for himself, will for himself, think for himself.

Children become like the things they love.
