Special Invitation for Families
- What: Kindergarten Round Up for the 2005-2006 School Year
- When: Wednesday, April 13, 2005
- Where: Northglade Montessori Magnet School (Library)
- Time: 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. &5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
(Please register your child(ren) and reserve your slots for the upcoming school year. Our Children’s House (ages 3,4, and 5) is an authentic Montessori program.)
Test-Taking Tips for Students…
During April 12-26, 2005, the IOWA Test of Basic Skills will be administered to students in grades 1, 2, 3, 4, & 6. This test measures achievement in reading and mathematics. Please follow the suggestions below to prepare for a successful test-taking experience:
• Get plenty of rest.
• Eat breakfast at home or school.
• Exercise to re-energize the body.
• Display a positive attitude when testing.
• Remember your test-taking strategies.
• Do your personal best.
REMINDER (TODAY) – School Improvement/PTO Meeting – April 11, 2005 (6:00 p.m. – 7:45 p.m./Meeting) – Please attend!

Parent helpers are needed to monitor students in the cafeteria in the mornings (7:50 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.).
