We Love Bragging About Our Wonderful School!

Interest in our fine school appears to grow weekly.
We have numerous tours scheduled this semester and look forward to bragging about your child(ren) and the work designed to meet individual needs. Please plan on touring Northglade to “feel” and “observe” the magic created by caring, competent, nurturing teachers who put children first. (Contact the office to schedule a tour soon.)

On the tour you will observe and enjoy...

  • Friendly teachers and aides who love children and are passionate about the work.
  • Staff with family members enrolled in classrooms.
  • Attractive and pristine learning environments.
  • Age-appropriate materials and child-sized furniture.
  • Spacious work areas that allow students to share materials and/or accomplish individual goals.
  • Clutter-free teacher areas masked by spacious work areas reserved for children.
  • Classical music infused to direct or calm children.
  • Teachers and aides connecting with children (one-on-one or in small groups) at the platform or presentation areas.
  • Teachers and aides using polite tone and words. Teachers and aides addressing children at eye level, never bending at the waist or calling across the room.
  • Students working hard to treat one another with respect.
  • Students working with materials worthy of their time and directly linked to developmental needs and individual interest.
  • Students engaged and excited about learning.

We believe that…
“within the child lies the fate of the future.”
(Dr. Maria Montessori)
